Avoid, feels like a wowcher scam!!

Bought a voucher through Wowcher for a friend’s birthday. To view availability for the treatments, you have to input your code into their system.
Except, after you’ve put the code in, you’ll find there isn’t actually any availability to book. I tried looking several times.
At this point I gave up and assumed that the money would be returned as wowcher credit which is stated on wowcher’s website. However, because I had put the code into Bannatyne’s website they mark it as ‘used’.
Been backwards and forwards with both Wowcher and Bannatyne with no one taking responsibility. In an initial email from Bannatyne, I was advised to provide all my details and they could book via email which was then later retracted.
So now I am £82 down without any Spa visit and to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
