点评：We went to this holiday park and took us two hours to get there when we got there. We had to Wait until 4 pm so we could check in.When we went to get our keys for our caravan we went there to see a absolute disaster.The caravan was absolutely horrible and filthy.All the mattresses had stains and weren’t cleaned and the sofa was so dirty and full of stains.The whole caravan smelled like dog poo and was full of spiders.My kids have asthma and when they stepped in the caravan they started coughing straight away and couldn’t breathe properly.We took pictures of all the problems with the caravan and went to the reception.I asked them if they could swap the caravan because the caravan was a total disaster but they said they were fully booked and showed no care and left us go without any support.The employees were so rude and uncaring.We had to go back home in the dark,on the most dangerous road and kids were tired and disappointed.This was horrible very horrible.We paid for this so they should respect us and not be rude because number 1 rule is always to respect their customers but here they didn’t care at all.This place is absolutely horrible and I do not recommend.I am never coming back.
