The difference is huge, and they didn’t bother to inform us until we figured it out ourselves. A few of us were confused and tried heading toward another boat, but we were turned away. The service was terrible—dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unapologetic. There was zero communication, leaving us stranded until the 6:30 departure. Now I’m stuck here with nothing but a £3.99 something like that for a double espresso to console myself.
