点评：We stayed in Media city in the holiday inn. The location was great as was the hotel, would definitely recommend. You have the Lowry and the imperial war museum north to visit. We didn't do the coronation street experience as it was £34 each , but others might enjoy it. We jumped on the tram behind the war museum and went to the Trafford centre for a spot of evening shopping after we'd had our dinner and drinks at the alchemist, also nice to visit. The tram was only £3.10 return and the shopping centre was open till 10pm. On a previous visit to Salford Quays we caught the tram from the quays and went into Manchester and did a guided wdlking tour and also hopped on and off the buses. One last thing to do is go on the Manchester canal river cruise, which you catch down by the Side of the Lowry . It lasts 1 hour and cost us £12 each with a guide to explain the area, though no good if you don't speak English.
