ON A CRUISE BEWARE OF CANCELLATION POLICY.

点评：Our cruise ship missed call to Portree due to gale force winds and mountainous seas.
As soon as we were aware of this and had a signal we tried to cancel our tour. Told that by their t&cs we had to give at least 7 days notice. We gave over45 hours and like the company we had no control over the weather etc.
Had numerous contacts with them and even asked for a 50% refund but still hiding behind t &cs.
We booked by phone and did not receive any t &cs.
The matter turned quite nasty (on both sides?) .
All I was trying to do was to contain an equitable solution. Did mention a review but Moria took that as a threat of a bad review to which she would reply.
I CAN'T GIVE A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE DID NOT GO ON THE TRIP WE WERE SO LOOKING FORWARD TO.
I simply write this to make passengers on cruise ships aware of the cancellation policy in force. Bear in mind that tenders are used at Portree.
