点评：My wife and I visited the museum today on the recommendation of one of the pupils that attends the school where my wife works and we are so glad that we did. From the outset, we were greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable members of staff who made us feel very welcome and engaged. The exhibits are extremely well presented and explained, the level of detail in the information is fantastic. We especially liked the exhibits in the "Story of Gatwick Exhibition" room as they brought back a lot of fond memories and nostalgia. The Main Hangar has some amazing aircraft in it and we wondered round taking in everything that was there. We wondered down the field to the "Runway Viewing Area" where we watched a plethora of aircraft take off and land which was topped off nicely with the arrival of the Emirates A380 just after 1pm. We then wondered back to the museum building for a bite to eat and a fantastic flat white coffee each. All in all we were there over three hours and were entertained for every minute. I complimented the staff when we left and vowed that we will return, something we have every intention of doing. A fantastic venue for everyone that I cannot praise and recommend enough.
