点评：Have been to shows here prior to the 1 I attempted to see last weekend. Always fun....but the manager and little security guy took all joy out of any thought about seeing the show. Bought tickets off the bluegate ticket site...this site re routed us to a 3rd party. We bought tickets in the 3rd row, only to get to the show and find out we were scammed and had seats off in a corner, almost last row! Other people were having the same issues. Went to speak to manager and she insisted we went to a 3rd party site! Yes, because your ticket site rerouted me to one. I had no clue. The only response from the manager was "there is nothing I can do about it" over and over. Suddenly, all of us gray hairs must have looked intimidating, as security guy stroles over to all of us upset about our seats we didn't buy! 1 lady threw her tickets and was heading to the door. I tried to get her attention, and said "hey! Hey lady, just a minute". We'll, that's the straw that broke the camels back...because "nobody yells in my lobby"" per the manager. Security guy says "you have 2 choices, you can go watch the show or you can leave". I was upset and said I think I'm going to leave. Mr Security guy says "your not taking that beer with you!" Sidenote, I had a 10 ounce glass of beer with 1.5 inches drank. I walk to trash and deposit the beer, I exit the building. I'm in the parking lot and call a friend to tell her about these shenanigans. As I'm on the phone. Out comes security guy and manager yelling " your not coming back in "...I say "no, I left, I'm out here"..... and round 2, "you are out for the night, your not coming back". Again, I say "I'm out HERE". ....seriously, the manager could have simply let us sit where we all thought we bought tickets, as long as no one else had bought those tickets too! Another sidenote, I'm 63 years old, short, and fat...I'm not intimidating. Do better with who you hire as manager...and do better yet, with your security staff.
翻译：在我上周末试图观看的演出之前，我也来过这里看演出。每次都挺有趣的……但那个经理和那个小个子保安彻底毁掉了我观看演出的兴致。我是从Bluegate票务网站购买的门票，该网站又把我们转到了第三方售票平台。我们买的是第三排的票，结果到了现场才发现被骗了——我们的座位其实在角落里，几乎是最后一排！还有其他人也遇到了同样的问题。我去找经理沟通，可她坚持让我们去第三方网站购票！没错，因为你们的购票网站确实把我重定向到了那个网站，我当时完全不知情。经理唯一的回应就是反复说：“我无能为力。”突然间，我们这些头发花白的人大概看起来挺吓人的吧，因为保安走了过来，面对着那些因没买到票而心烦意乱的我们！有一位女士直接扔掉门票，就要往门口走。我试图引起她的注意，喊道：“嘿！女士，请等一下。”嗯，这可真是压垮骆驼的最后一根稻草……因为据经理所说，“在我的大堂里没人敢大喊大叫”。保安则说：“你有两个选择：要么去看演出，要么离开。”我心情很不好，就说我觉得自己要走了。那个保安立刻说道：“你可不能把那杯啤酒带走！”顺便提一下，我当时只喝了1.5英寸深的那杯10盎司的啤酒而已。我走到垃圾桶旁把啤酒倒掉，然后离开了大楼。我在停车场给朋友打电话，跟她讲述刚才发生的这些荒唐事。我正在打电话。这时保安和经理冲出来，大喊：“你们不准再进去了”……我说：“不，我已经离开了，我现在就在外面。”……接着他们又说：“今晚你们不准再进来了。”我再次回应：“我明明就在这里啊。”……说真的，只要没有其他人也买了票，经理大可以让我们坐在我们以为自己买到票的位置上啊！另外补充一点：我63岁了，个子矮又胖……根本没什么威慑力可言。你们得好好挑选一下雇佣的经理人选才是……更进一步来说，和您的安全团队一起做得更好吧。
