Old MacDonald's Farm的点评
点评：I am beyond frustrated with our experience at the Bluey event at Old MacDonald's Farm. We had high hopes for a fun day out, but it quickly turned into a disappointing disaster. We were given show times, only to be turned away upon arrival and told to come back at 2:30. After waiting half an hour, we were crammed into an overcrowded barn where all we could see were adults standing in front of us. My kids were so excited to see Bluey and Bingo, but instead, they were left staring at a sea of heads!
To make matters worse, I noticed children with disabilities in wheelchairs who were placed at the very back, visibly upset and unable to see anything. It was heartbreaking to watch their disappointment unfold, and I was appalled that the event was not set up to accommodate everyone properly. Everyone left the show out of frustration on how over crowded it was and unsafe for everyone especially the kids .
We paid a hefty price for this visit, only to end up feeling ripped off. It felt like a complete waste of money just to watch a bunch of adults block our view in a chaotic, overcrowded space. When I tried to speak to a manager about our experience, I was brushed off and told that the show had nothing to do with the farm, despite the fact that it was hosted inside and heavily promoted by them. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, which only added to our frustration.
Overall, I cannot recommend Old MacDonald's Farm. The disorganization, overcrowding, and lack of support for families made for a very disappointing day. Save your money and look for a better, more enjoyable experience elsewhere!
Nobody got back to me to resolve this matter although i was asked to contact the owner on google reviews.
This place is a scam ! They do not care about the safety of visitors or children.
Also if you do end up going, make sure you go with packed lunch and snacks as it’s ridiculous expensive ! So disappointed how old macdonalds has dealt with us !
