点评：Another lovely trip yesterday, just one way from Kingston to Hampton, but the sun shone, the boat was full of happy people, and the cider was cold!
We always smile a little at the reviews which comment on the cushions [being a little worn] - that's a bit like going to the theatre and whingeing about the carpet in the foyer............
And why would passengers want a commentary? You have a phone in your hand - you can easily look up anything you want to know about the 'sights' along the way. The rest of us enjoy the peace and tranquillity; we want to hear the water lapping.
The children aboard yesterday loved it, adults got chatting with one another - tourists asked locals about the buildings we passed. It's a community experience!
The crew were, as always, really helpful - they must've lifted thousands of buggies on and off those boats.
We'll be back, all summer. Keep that cider cold............
