点评:ve just been to the British GT Media event without a ticket as it was free I did not think I needed one , my mistake.
I was directed by the gate attendant to go to the Customer Corner office who would sort me out, I went to the lady at the desk who was so helpful , she said she would get the tickets sent to my phone, so with that I went and sat in my car. A few minutes passed and nothing came through , a few more minutes and nothing, the lady obviously saw we was still have problem and took the time to come out of the office to my car and knock the window to see if everything was ok, no tickets coming through on the phone so we went back into the office where she ended up printing them off for me.
Outstanding customer service, a big thank you to the Lady at the desk around 8.30-9.00 on Friday 21st Thankyou again.
