点评：Booked toboggans for my son’s birthday on 8th December. Booked over a week in advance as they get booked up quite quickly . Nearer the time when storm darragh hit Kent and most of the UK that weekend, I called to see if the activity was still safe to attend in which I was told they were still running .
I asked if this booking could be rescheduled for the following weekend seen as it was currently a yellow weather warning with up to 50mph winds to be told it cannot!
I read the terms that bookings cannot be refunded / rescheduled however I think in exceptional circumstances this is not ok. Considering the toboggans run through a tree/wooded area. Ultimately this place has the monopoly we’ve visited many times before but after this poor customer service and in my opinion greed then not again. So lost the money for the booking and they won’t reschedule so bare this in mind that in even SEVERE weather - your expected to risk your safety or lose your money. Choice is yours!
