Sauna sanctuary entered through a less lovely family fun pool

点评：So there are bad reviews on here and having visited I understand- though it’s not what it seems. Half the site is a family fun pool with plastic grotto, a bit grimy, fake palm trees etc lots of noise and yes there was a smell of vomit in one corner - it’s intriguing they have not managed to sort this. However pay extra for the sauna spa and you pass the turnstiles into a totally different world - peaceful, no children, up market all wood and textiles no plastic, with a massive relaxation area, many saunas of different types and two pools one outdoors. No swimsuits allowed but except when actually in the Saunas, pools and showers robes and/or towels are worn - it may feel strange at first to English sensibilities but it is fine, in fact naked swimming is a joy. Food and drink is expensive and is charged by a wristband device however you do need to ensure the basic package you want is entered on the wristband when you arrive. I was told I had been booked in for a day €50 when I wanted up to 4 hours €29, though the lady booking me out noticed this and fixed it. Don’t assume the staff speak English but everyone I spoke to was helpful and they found an English speaker for me when I was confused. Highly recommended I’d love to return.
