Skating was good, soft play is an accident waiting to happen! Unsupervised & overcrowded.

点评：This place has great potential for a fantastic place for family days out with all ages.
I attended with my one year old and two fourteen year old girls.
They really enjoyed the skating rink & had a lot of fun in there, it was spacious, allowing them to ‘learn, practise & have fun’
I liked that it was in close proximity to the soft play if they needed me.
The little cafe area was well stocked with drinks at reasonable prices. We did not eat so can not comment on this.
However my issue and reason for the three star review was the dangerous soft play areas - completely unsupervised / not checked on. It has designed areas for babies / under 4’s - these were overcrowded and overrun by children that were clearly well over the age for the area. This was dangerous & made it completely unsafe for my one year old to explore & enjoy. As kids had no regard for him/the baby/toddler area - staff were no where to be seen & let young teen children run riot - it was overcrowded and unenjoyable - an accident waiting to happen.
