Amazing Wildlife and Warm Hospitality – A Truly Memorable Trip

点评：We had the most amazing 5-day safari experience, staying at Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge and Umkumbe Safari Lodge. The drive from Johannesburg to Hoyo Hoyo was long but the scenery made it worthwhile.
Hoyo Hoyo was a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The staff was exceptional, offering 10/10 service, and the three-course meals were delightful. The lodge was spotless, and the waterhole right by the dining area gave us an incredible view of animals like elephants and zebra. The game drives were thrilling, and we saw so many animals, including leopards!
Umkumbe Safari Lodge had a different vibe—more family-friendly, but still a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious with a fun animal theme, and being right by the river meant we had wildlife all around us. Our guide Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife. While the food was a bit limited, the bush walk, room and overall experience made up for it.
A huge shoutout to Wayne from Kruger Safari Co. He was responsive, helpful, and made the whole trip seamless, even with a last-minute change to our return plans. We’d definitely recommend this company for a stress-free safari adventure.
