worst massage in my life of getting massages all over the world

点评：Horrible experience! Three of us went to do the full package for $275 each that include foot massage, massage, sugar scrub, facial and sauna yesterday the 11th of March, 2024. For starters this company is too cheap to pay for water from Crystal Springs; they reuse the bottle filling it with tap water. We know how Crystal Springs water tasted like because I have this in my office. Why? Crystals Springs is very cheap so this tells me these owners will compromise quality to save a penny.
Next was the foot massage. My person did not know anything about reflexology. Who knows what technique she used but even I could do a better job at giving someone a foot massage and I don't have training.
Then came the full-body massage. I wanted to switch person but did not wish to bring negative energy to this treat for my granddaughter's bday. This woman cannot possibly be licensed; she has no idea how to massage. All she did was rub, press, and pinch. She never used her fingertips, only her palm and arm. And even with that, she had no definitive strokes. There was no method to her massage AT ALL! I felt like a piece of dough that she was kneading with no method whatsoever.
Next was the sugar scrub. Instead of using the sugar to SCRUB my skin, all she did was spread the sugar all over my body. It was not a sugar scrub massage.
After this, all our stuff was put into a cloth basket, and we were taken to the showers. As soon as I stepped into the shower stall and turned on the water, a very bad odor reeked in the air. My granddaughter then showed me this black stuff all over the stall entry. When we took our clothes from the basket, our clothes smelled bad so we knew the basket was not cleaned after each customer.
When we went out to pay, I still gave everyone a nice tip but spoke with the owner. I shared with him my experience and all he said was that I should have requested another person.
This morning my granddaughter woke up with a knot in the back of her neck so I told her to go to urgent care to get it checked out. I just called the place requesting the licenses of each of our masseuses. I got hung up on but later got a call from the same person I thought was the owner. He said he was the manager and that he could not give me a refund yesterday because it was such a large amount. I told him that I was not looking for a refund. I want to look at their licenses. He insisted on giving me a refund. I kept telling him I didn't need a refund. I need to know if those who took care of us were trained in reflexology and massage. If they are they need to be retrained before doing any more appointments. He did say that if my granddaughter suffers any health issues their insurance will cover it.
