点评：My daughter and I booked a spa day with £25 lunch credit and a full body massage. We were greeted by a pool full of children as the kids swim time had been extended for half term. We weren’t aware of this before arriving. We then had to listen to two different people running their lives on mobiles while we were trying to relax on the terrace, not the one call but several! When we went for lunch we were told we had an option of pizza or pizza! And that the full menu was evening only. Again, we didn’t know this when we booked or I definitely wouldn’t have bothered. I was not happy and said I’ll have the £25 as a refund but the lady in the bar was super helpful and arranged for us to have an alternative from the menu we thought we were getting. Without her help and understanding our experience would have been ruined. She was amazing in sorting the issue for us. My advice would be check what you are getting before paying £145 for a spa day! Other than the above I have to say the hotel was stunning and the treatment was wonderful
