Torex ATV Rentals的点评
点评：When my two youngest nephews got their quads, I had to ask the young man giving instruction to actually get the youngest of the two nephews one on one instruction, like the other guy in a different group was giving to that kid as the guy that was helping us was giving instruction to our group of four and with the motors on, it’s difficult for everyone to hear. I think that could have been a little bit more personable seen as though you’re spending over $800 there the least they can do is provide good instruction so that you can enjoy your time out in the dunes and not have to worry about helping the younger kids, which is what we experience. In hindsight, we should’ve gotten the youngest nephew, the mini quad, and with all the recommendations, the manager was making to us about the equipment in general. I wish he would have told me a mini quad for the youngest nephew would be more comfortable for him as he could barely hold the throttle with his thumb and his thumb got really tired during the first part of the three hour trip.
I also feel like the manager was trying to talk us into something different than what we had already reserved, which he ultimately convinced us to do but yet wasn’t flexible on giving any money back so beware of this. All the reviews I read for all of these ATV and quad rental places didn’t rate very high I would imagine their customer service for all of these places is very similar. Super egotistical males. Will not be back.
