Kingston Maurward Park And Gardens的点评
点评：We visited Kingston Maurward Animal Park expecting a lovely family day out, but unfortunately we left very disappointed.
The first thing we noticed was how neglected many areas of the site appeared. The gardens and grounds looked poorly maintained, which was a shame given how much potential the park has.
What concerned me most was the condition of parts of the site. We came across exposed barbed wire and rusted nails, which seemed like unnecessary hazards in a place primarily aimed at families with young children. I hope these issues are addressed quickly.
To make matters worse, the main play area was closed for renovation right at the start of the summer holidays. While maintenance is understandable, this feels like unfortunate timing when many families are visiting specifically to keep children entertained. It would have been helpful if this had been made clearer before arrival.
The dinosaur trail and hunt was also underwhelming and didn’t really add much to the experience. It felt like an afterthought rather than an engaging activity for children.
Overall, we really wanted to enjoy our visit, but the combination of poor maintenance, safety concerns, inaccessible facilities and a disappointing dinosaur trail meant we won’t be returning. Hopefully the park invests in improving the site because it could be a fantastic attraction, but based on our experience, we can’t recommend it.
