Disappointing experience

点评：Being from Owego NY, we have visited many wineries on the finger lakes including Keuka, Cayuga, and Seneca, so our expectations are quite high
The grounds are absolutely gorgeous to give one positive comment.
My wife wanted to do a tasting, so the server gave her a monotone speech that he had memorized, might as well have been a prerecorded message. His motivation was clearly to get her flight prepared and ship us off outside.
I chose a beer while she was doing her tasting, so the server went into another room and brought me a glass of beer that he must have realized was barely cold at all since he had to carry it.
$20 tasting for 4 glasses wine very expensive especially when you have no real interaction with the personnel which should be part of the experience.
This was our first stop enroute to a 2 night stay in Skaneateles and basically is representative of our trip : Beautiful countryside , service and customer care minimal and everything highly overpriced
The other finger lakes that I mentioned far better destinations in all aspects.
