Sculpture By The Lakes的点评
点评：We visited for a peaceful walk and afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday on one of the hottest days of the year. We were able to use one of the all terrain wheelchairs available (do check ahead if this is important to your visit which it was for us) which enabled full accessibility for the dad to the lakes. The pathways were even and easy to wheel along, especially with an all-terrain wheelchair. The sculptures are stunning with each of us choosing favourite and very different artists from those on display. The way in which the different artworks had been set into the foliage, pathways and even the lakes, combined with the management of the landscape, allowed us to view pieces from different aspects which really enhanced the visit. The Gallery staff member was very welcoming and both passionate and knowledgeable about the art and artists which made it all far more interesting to us as a family. We finished with a fantastic afternoon tea in the shade. Thank you for making it a wonderful birthday.
