点评：This is a truly magical place that allows your soul to be free. Walk serenely amongst the trees and lakes observing the transmutation of nature's elementals into tactile, enchanting, jaw droopingly beautiful artwork. Simon's understanding of shape and form is extensive and other worldly. The planting is magnificent and entirely complementary, extensive and varied. I have visited 3 times between September and November 2025 and see different elements each time but I look forward to seeing it in other seasons. I loved the kitchen garden and Chichi who runs it spent almost and hour showing me different species introducing me to chayote and achoche, enthusiastically and willingly sharing her knowledge . The food in The Kitchen was deliciously generous and good value, much of which is grown on site. But to really get into the feels of the place, book a Sound Bath and truly emerge yourself in nature brought to life awakening all of your senses in a sumptuous 1.5 hour of immersion of sound,, sensation, smells (entrance to the lakes included), Simon has an ethereal quality, born from nature spirits, truly grounded yet very very embracingly human. It was an other worldly experience that I will repeat over and over.
