Old Thorns Golf Course的点评
点评：I had high expectations for Old Thorns as my husband has been here a few times and always had a great stay, but unfortunately my experience was deeply disappointing.
During my stay, cleaners entered our 2 bedroom apartment before we had formally checked out. Following this, money was taken from the room, which unfortunately I won’t get back due to of course no cctv inside the rooms therefore my word against the cleaners. There was no safe provided which is why my money was left in the bed side drawer.
What is most concerning is how this was handled. The hotel completely denied the issue and claimed I must of misplaced it and confirmed they would be closing their investigation. Since then, there has been no follow-up or communication despite police involvement.
A situation of this seriousness requires accountability, transparency, and strong guest support. None of which I experienced.
Overall, a very poor response to a serious issue, which has completely overshadowed my stay.
