Beautiful venue but needs a wedding coordinator that stays for the whole day/evening

点评：Recently go married there. So many mixed thoughts, when we booked in 2024 it was a family run wedding venue but it was taken over by the time of this years wedding.
Our day was fabulous in a gorgeous venue but some things spoilt it. We had booked a hog roast in the garden they changed it to pulled pork inside - we didn’t know. Completely different vibe, the evening staff were useless, our cheese tower was never put out as a tower it was put on the table in pieces (?) and grapes, figs etc left in plastic containers on the table. So many other things, nothing major but so frustrating, I felt like we kept asking for them to do really obvs things, in the end I gave up and just got on with enjoying ourselves. They need an evening manager who knows what to do, not a group of teenagers who are either not interested or don’t know how to do things. I have written to them trying to explain but they just said we will train the staff. They don’t seem that interested.
