点评:I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the service I received at this winery this past Saturday. While I typically do not write negative reviews, this was the second occasion where I experienced poor customer service at this location.
During our visit to purchase wine, I noticed several staff members behind the counter and one employee on the phone. Despite the presence of multiple staff members, no one acknowledged us for 6 minutes. When the employee on the phone finally assisted us, she explained that it is winery policy for phone calls to take precedence over in-store customers.
This experience mirrored a similar visit three years ago, where we waited ten minutes because a staff member was unable to step away from a conversation to process a sale. I returned this year hoping the service had improved, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
