Great venue, everything else feels like being 'ripped off'

点评：Called here for a coffee on Bank Holiday Sunday, and were so disappointed. We live on the Island and hadn't been for a while and stopped here in a very pleasant setting. We ordered two coffees, with soya milk due to dietary restrictions, and the cost was just under £10.00. To say we felt ripped off was an understatement, the 75p for soya milk is just a ridiculous amount of money, when you can purchase a litre container of soya milk for the same price. How can they justify that price?? To make this even more disappointing was that the cup size was only slightly larger than an expresso coffee.
To say we felt incredibly ripped off and penalised for having a dietary disorder at such a high price for a coffee left an unpleasant taste. Also on checking the menu and looking at the cakes available, there was simply nothing there we could eat.
We certainly wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back and the rather low numbers of other customers there, and those seemed mainly holiday makers, I am presuming residents of the Isle of Wight are voting with their feet at the exorbitant cost.
