Excellent Zip Wire, Poor Food

点评：We booked online a week or so before our visit so knew in advance about the car parking charges however upon arrival you do wonder why they're charged. As mentioned in previous reviews the centre is in the middle of nowhere and you have no option but to travel by car. Also, the advertised price on the Ringo boards in the car park is £3.00 however I was charged £3.60.
We arrived for our midday Phoenix slot and everything from our initial check in at Reception to the time we hit the ground having completed both zip wires was fantastic. We couldn't fault any of the staff both on the ground and in each tower.
The experience itself was fantastic and the views from both towers were amazing.
The Cegin Glo bar & bistro was however disappointing. We ordered two 9" pizzas costing just over £9 each but were told the kitchen had run out of pizza bases so they would be rectangular instead. That was fine by us however when they arrived they were actually two panini rolls cut in half covered in tomato sauce and cheese with six slices of pepperoni on top. A pack of four panini rolls in Tesco cost £1.25, suffice to say the bistro must've made a good profit that day from anyone ordering pizza.
