点评：Booked tickets over the phone as I noticed the give nhs discount, husband and wife both nhs workers but was told only can have discount for one adult as we both didn’t have our work ID’s with us on holiday and they don’t accept BlurLight card which we did have.
As we booked over the phone 3 days before we came was told could not book the zip line as sold out, we even spoke to staff at check in asking to see if we could still do zip line was told no sold out.
we had booked the zip coster which we loved as a family, great fun for all ages and staff there were lovely, other then was offered discount to buy tickets for zip line which was a little confusing for the kids as we had been telling them it’s sold out, so kids left assuming we were lying when we would have loved to had the experience of the zip lines, little disappointed as if I gave the little card that was given to me I would have been able to book with a discount don’t seem fair.
Another thing restaurant looks great from outside until you go in floors and tables dirty seats with food on them, lots of food stains on the floor. staff just standing around the till few of them moody when spoken to, could see the catering staff trying to get a fly/wasp out of the kitchen another. If staff are not busy clean the tables and chairs please. Family enjoyed the food I was put off my food, will say the restaurant was not busy as it was around 11:30am.
