Zanzibar Watersports的点评
点评：We went on four dives with Zanzibar Watersports.
Not a great experience at all! Lack of attention and safety. Seems like they just want to get the dives over with and everything is just rushed. Bad service, bad vibes and bad attitudes from their dive masters.
We had a nonfunctional secondary regulator on one dive, where two dive masters insisted on still doing the dive with just one air source. “You are not gonna use it anyways” was their comment.
We informed them that we were not THAT experienced in scuba diving, and there was still a general lack of attention and patience under water. Dive master seemed annoyed when we spend “too much” time on equalizing ears in the beginning of the dives.
Got sick during a longer boat trip and wasn’t able to do my 2. dive. They weren’t really helpful and did not care to compensate in any way.
If you care about your safety, good vibes and great service - please book your dives at another dive center.
