点评：rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with this tour company to help others make an informed decision. We recently booked a boat tour with Zanzibar Watersports, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment — and more importantly, it was not safe.
Despite clearly rough sea conditions, the company decided to go ahead with the tour. The waves were high, the boat ride was extremely bumpy, and many passengers became visibly seasick shortly after departure. It was immediately obvious that the conditions were not suitable for a safe or enjoyable outing.
The decision to proceed felt careless and irresponsible. The staff seemed more concerned about sticking to schedule than assessing the real risks. To make matters worse, the water visibility was extremely poor, which made any planned snorkeling pointless. There was absolutely no regard for the guests’ comfort or safety.
This experience was not only unpleasant but also unsafe. I strongly urge the company to reconsider how they assess marine conditions before taking people out to sea. And for potential customers — please check the weather and sea conditions carefully and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Your safety should never be compromised.
