Ropes course was awesome but zoo was heartbreaking

点评：We had a nice time with the ropes course and zip lining, but the zoo was very sad. Many of the cages were very small and not much space. The animals looked sad. There is dog that they claimed they rescued when he was 2 months old that they decided to put in a cheetah cage. This poor dog was rescued to live his life in a small cage and endure all types of weather. He was hiding while we were there and seemed very sad. I asked one of the employees and they said once in a while they walk him. It broke my heart. The white fox was in a tiny glass enclosure, with its bed right next to the glass. It doesn’t even give him a chance to be hidden if he wanted to be. Overall, they need to give these animals bigger spaces or send them to bigger zoos that can take better care of them. Side note; it’s quite expensive for how small the zoo is, so be prepared to pay a lot and only spend an hour or two walking around. Two hours is pushing it, unless you decide to sit and eat while your kids play.
