Dishonest and kept our money
Terry Bison Ranch Resort的点评
点评：Terry bison rv resort went back on their word and kept our money. Our truck had broke down and I spoke to Shannon about the issue and had to extend our stay past the original date. I asked if the truck was repaired sooner that I would not be charged for the dates that I pushed it out to. They said not a problem. So I pushed it out for 5 days to cover the weekend.
The Laramie Dodge dealership was fantastic and finished the work on sept 10th
I stopped at the office and told them I would be leaving on the 11. The woman working said that her boss would take care of it when she came in today.
We left and got a call from Shannon stating that we would not get any money back. I said why would they not honor their word. She said her boss said not to. I asked to speak to that person. No response. I stated that I would challenge it with the credit card company. She laughed and said go ahead you won’t be the first. Said the same thing when I said I would give her and the resort a bad review.
She then hung up on me. When I called back she hung up again.
I called and filed a dispute with the credit card company at that moment.
