The ride was not worth the rudeness

点评：Rude/sexist man told me to use a portable and then told my daughter "we have a regular restroom inside but they fuss over their hair too long so this gets them out faster". I got lectured in a disrespectful manner for rescheduling - once over a week before the ride and once the morning of because it was raining (I offered to let them keep my payment and also charge me for the rescheduled ride). I do NOT ride in the rain because I had a fall off a horse in a rainstorm that required surgery on my leg. Overall poor customer service. The only good things were our nice guide, the pretty autumn scenery, and the dogs that accompanied us. My horse was over 20 years old and stumbled and hesitated in places on the trail where there were rocks and hills. I was told she was used "for the men because they are larger". I guess that was a dig at my larger stature? They assigned her to me because I am an advanced rider and evidently they need someone to keep her from stopping by the apple tree on the trail to eat apples. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing ride with my daughter turned into an insulting and unpleasant experience. My horse Pokey needs to be retired. She needed twice as many cookies (which looked like dog biscuits) to coerce her into working and her attitude, demeanor, and ability just aren't conducive to the repetitiveness and boredom involved in the life of a trail horse.
