点评：We have been to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa twice before and it was great. We haven’t been back in a few yrs and decided to splurge a little.
What a disappointment!
We booked two massages, both of our therapists were late and did not extend the massage time. My massage was all face down for the entire 45 mins (supposed to be 50). When the therapist turned me over, she said you have 2 mins left what would you like. My entire body face up did not get any massage.
Spa rooms are very basic, nothing plush or luxury feel about them.
The robes and towels in the lockers were small, dingy & rough. The worse part was, half of the facilities were out of order. Only the jacuzzi, steam room & mineral pool were usable.
The entire hotel has gone downhill.
The only thing keeping this place up are the employees. Because management has clearly given up.
The front desk girl that checked us in and our spa attendant were phenomenal.
We will never be back.
