点评：2 Lads was alright, but didn’t strike us as a place we would want to return to in the future if we were back on Mission Peninsula. The modern tasting room, with a very large window facing east, sits high on a hill overlooking partial views of the bay below. The menu has several wines, some mixed beverages, and eats to choose from. We sat up at the bar to do our wine tasting. The huge window is very impressive, but the clutter behind the bar and up against the bottom of the window was distracting to us. My wife and I agreed that the glasses that they need to use must go somewhere, but stacked up against the window was a bit lackluster when sitting at the bar. If we wouldn’t have sat at the bar, the clutter wouldn’t have been noticeable to us. Our server was helpful, but personality was quite dry. Not sure if there were thoughts about being somewhere else on his mind. The wine we taste was good, appreciated. The employee that seemed happiest to be here was the girl that served as water before we ordered our wine. She clearly wanted us to think that she enjoyed being here. It worked. We enjoyed our brief conversation with her.
