点评：WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Brought five kids for my son's 8th birthday. Kids said staff was rude and treated them like they were a nuisance at the ziplines and climbing wall. Place was so dirty. It was humid inside and smelled like urine when we walked by the ball pit. Old food from days earlier on the floor around the tables in the cafeteria area. Bathrooms had clogged toilets and worse than most gas station restrooms. Staff member working the register at the food counter wouldn't speak, just shoulder shrugs and head nods. When he did speak you couldn't understand a word. Pizza is made from scratch here, which is nice. There was hardly anyone in the place and we were alone at the food counter when we asked if they would please leave half the pizza cheese and the other half with meat. They denied our request and wouldn't tell us why. I get it if there's a line of people that it could be hard to keep our "custom" pizza to our order, but we were the only ones there. Then we ordered two baskets of fries and got 20 in one basket and 19 fries in the other! WHAT THE HECK? $5 each order and you get less than a small potato worth of fries for that? C'mon, that's worse than a broke food truck struggling to get by. There was a dead mouse in the outdoor seating area where the kids wanted to eat their pizza... sooo appetizing. Staff was on their phones and really to be honest, a sad testament to the management here. Why hire these people in the first place? Do better...
