A nice place to wander around for a few hours
Las Cruces Biological Station and Wilson Botanical Garden的点评
点评：This is a very lovely place to wander around. It's clear that there are many good plant specimens here, spread around in a very natural setting. We've been to many other major botanical gardens in the U.S. and elsewhere, and this is nothing like them.
The displays are much more informal and less obvious. One should not go with the expectation of many, many plants in small areas. That type of experience can be found at Lankaster Garden, near Cartago.
Our one legitimate complaint is that the maps and signage weren't very good. We did find a bird watching guide to point us towards some areas and there were friendly staff in a reception area. Even this is understandable, because the property is mostly devoted to scientific research.
