点评：Speaking with Abram Goldberg was an insightful and enriching experience. His stories captivated the students, providing them with a deeper understanding of the impact of WWII. However, the tour led by Malinka was unfortunately not as positive. Her demeanour was abrupt, and she rushed us through the museum, allowing little time to explore the artifacts properly.
Malinka also asked students to answer questions without first giving them the necessary information. This approach undermined their confidence.
This in turn caused a student to step away from the group (3 steps away). Malinka then demanded the student rejoin the circle. When she refused, she was told to wait outside, with Malinka expressing concern for her. As a tour guide, it was inappropriate for her to attempt to isolate the student from the teacher and the rest of the group.
This behaviour negatively affected the experience for both students and staff. I hope this matter is addressed for future school visits, so that all students can benefit from a more supportive and respectful environment.
