St Malo & GR35 villages

点评：We had a great week , despite my partner having one crutch !
0We were in a smashing appartement overlooking the bay & beaches that link to St Malo ...in fact when the tide is out you can walk all the way in to the city . The local & nearby bus cost €2 each to travel the 20 minutes in ! Very simple to use. They seemed to only take cash, which was fine with us but I was a little surprised.
The GR35 is a joy to use & walk. Its well marked, has fabulous tracks & views of the sea with a number of little coves and beaches along the way near beautiful villages or hamlets. Every turn has something different. You could use buses to return back to your base if you were clever !
We visited some other villages ...Cancale ( Sat on street market ) , Dol de Bretagne ..all lovely.
We visited St Malo old walled city of course...also great to see.
We were blessed with the wonderful weather , icing on the cake to the holiday. We hope to return !
