Very poor customer service

点评：A disappointing experience. On a family holiday with my husband, mum, dad and 2 children (both under 3). The server, Lesley, was incredibly rude from the minute she served us, stating we would need to be split across the restaurant at a table of 4 and a table of 2. I explained the 2 children can sit in between us, they are babies for goodness sake! She would not let our family sit at the table together. She pretty much recited health and safety rules (yawn) but in an incredibly patronising way. We put a high chair in between each seat, not impacting anyone else and her response was ‘absolutely not’. We also had two very well behaved dogs and the minute we sat down, getting ourselves organised, she was right over, telling us off for the dogs not being under the table (which they would be, if she gave us a minute) and started to recite health and safety again. She was a total jobs worth, who made the experience incredibly disappointment and we will not be back unfortunately.
翻译：一次令人失望的经历。我和丈夫、父母以及两个孩子（都不到3岁）一起度假。服务员莱斯利从我们上桌的那一刻起就非常粗鲁，坚持要我们分开坐，一张四人桌和一张两人桌。我解释说两个孩子可以坐在我们中间，他们还是婴儿呢！她就是不让我们一家人坐在一起。她几乎是把健康和安全规定（真是无聊透顶）背得滚瓜烂熟，而且语气极其傲慢。我们在两张桌子之间放了一把儿童餐椅，并没有影响到其他人，但她的回答却是“绝对不行”。我们还带了两条非常乖的狗，刚坐下，还没来得及收拾，她就立刻过来训斥我们，说我们的狗没有躲在桌子底下（如果她给我们一分钟时间，我们肯定会躲的），然后又开始背诵健康和安全规定。她简直毫无用处，让我们的用餐体验无比糟糕，很遗憾，我们以后不会再来了。
