点评：On our recent cruise to Bermuda, we decided to visit the Glass Beach. Glass Beach in Bermuda, also known as Sea Glass Beach, is a small but unique coastal area near the Royal Naval Dockyard. It is covered in colorful, smoothed glass pebbles—remnants of discarded glass bottles and debris from an old naval dump, naturally tumbled by the sea over decades. The range of glass includes common colors like clear, green, and brown, with rare finds in blue, red, and purple.
This is a short trip from the Dockyard where you can hail a taxi for $ 5 a person . The trip should be less than 5 minutes, We heard so much about this beach before heading there. The pristine blue and turquoise waters provide a perfect backdrop . The beach is quite small when compared to the famous Horseshoe Bay Beach . This beach is accessible via the main road and you have to take a series of uneven steps. Please be aware that this beach does not offer any amenities like bathrooms or towels or chairs. There is no lifeguard on duty. While the beach offers an excellent photography spots, I was little underwhelmed by the hype surrounding the beach. There are so many other beaches in Bermuda that one can visit. Still a great place to visit as the surroundings are rustic and serene.
