Do not visit if you have hygiene standards, allergies, dietary requirements or customer service expectations!!!!

点评：We did a large group golf booking (16) for sons birthday at dinosaur adventure golf. Rang weeks in advance to say it was for a birthday and told no need to book table for food beforehand. I rang in the afternoon to check on the state of the course as it had rained all afternoon. I specifically asked was it flooded and told by supervisor no. Arrived a couple of hours later to find course was completely flooded. Attitude from supervisor when mentioned prior phone call and she suggested it had only recently flooded (unlikely - was super deep). Don’t get why they couldn’t just call us back to say not to come as they had our details on booking? We’d travelled half an hour.
Every single table had flys on it, we moved several times - obviously not clean. Waited ages for food to start to come out and lad told us they couldn’t find chef. Food came out in dribs and drabs and lots of things we didn’t order came out, young lad apologetic for delays. we double checked the hot dogs were vegan before starting to eat them and told yes. Only to find out they weren’t by supervisor after having already eaten them. She offered no apology at all then when confronted over the shambles and poor service she suggested it was our fault because we were too big a group and was pointing blame at her team members. Attitude was atrocious - she didn’t care one bit, walking away from us when we were trying to talk to her. Do not come here if you have dietary requirements or allergies!! Or have any kind of hygiene standards or expectations for customer service. We asked for money back and only given money back for consumed meat hot dogs and food that hadn’t come out. Really put a dampener on sons birthday - he was so disappointed about not being able to play golf.
Manager phoned us a few days later offering money off our next visit to which we declined!
