Dreadful Cafe Counter Service

点评：We called mid-day on Friday for a coffee and a light snack. The restaurant area is OK, a decent environment, but oh my, the service is absolutely appalling.
Whilst there were numerous staff behind the service counter, there was just one expressionless girl/lady (No name badges) taking orders, but at such a slow speed that the queue was out of the door, which neither she nor any other member of staff took the slightest notice of. I went back for a second drink an hour or so later with just 4 customers in the queue ahead of me, even so, it took over twenty minutes to be served (I'm not exaggerating), to pay, be given a ticket, and then told to wait....... for a coffee!!! No apology, no explanation, no smile, just dreadful service. Unsurprisingly, customers behind me decided not to bother, and who could blame them?
Management does need to get a grip of this! The Hollies are charging top prices and treating customers with complete disdain. As with other Reviewers on this site, we will not be returning.
