点评：Called in by chance as passing as it looked a nice place at first sight. Indeed the furnishing of all areas is absolutely lovely and high expectation were had when visiting their cafe. Horrendous prices in the shop however.
Thats where things plummeted.
It took a while to realise the ordering system..which is basically takeaway standards and methods. Find your own seat, order at the counter and fetch it when called.
I was appalled at having my coffee served in a paper cup-especially as it was well over £4 for a cappuccino.
Then the foccacia sandwiches arrived..or rather, were bleeped for us to fetch. Wrapped in silver foil in a paper bag?? For £10 each??!
If they seriously think in this day and age that that is good enough then I will expect to see their liquidation notice in the paper soon. And to have a normal black wheely bin right in the middle of the gangway-for YOU to dispose of your rubbish...good grief, we are talking Mcdonalds here arent we? Worse than.
Only now do I read soooo many adverse reviews all saying the same things- yet they have no response, and have gone on for so long it seems quite honestly as if the management simply DONT CARE!
The only thing that amazed me in retrospect was that it was actually quite full....quite why you would revisit a place like that is beyond me, I certainly will avoid it like the plague.

现在回想起来，唯一让我惊讶的是，那里居然挤满了人……我实在想不通为什么你会再次光顾那种地方，我肯定会像躲瘟疫一样避开它。
