Good enough, needs updating and BEWARE OR PARKING FINE

点评：Staff were helpful, we went on a quiet weekday early afternoon session. It was nice to have the place almost to ourselves! Lady on desk was lovely, she had to check us in and come down and get skates bless her.
The place is good enough, but I understand the reviews about the cleanliness and outdated facilities. The ice too had some tiny and I mean tiny flaws like very small areas which were wet and some areas around the edges that were a bit uneven so be careful take it slow the first goes round to learn where the haphazardous bits are.
It was good enough, but the place needs updating and a bit better maintenance.
It was like £15 for 2 hours so we were happy enough and enjoyed ourselves there during that awful heatwave!
BEWARE OF PARKING FINES - WE GOT STUNG
Planet ice don’t own the car park so don’t blame them.
However - premier park charge you the moment you arrive until the moment your car exits the car park! Which we only learned in retrospect from other reviews. You’re better off paying for a bit of extra time as even 1 minute late out the carpark and you get a £60 pound fine… £100 if you don’t pay early!
Although planet ice don’t own it, I reckon they should have a duty to their customers to sort this dire situation out with premier park as it’s damaging their business and some people have stated they shan’t return due to the fine!
