点评：We had a perfect day. One filled with history and anecdotes at the perfect efficient but relaxed pace. We saw a lot and learned a lot. Michael imparts his knowledge in short well timed stories that are engaging and making the sights memorable.
He picked us up and returned us to the door of our hotel before driving us to Nowth and Newgrange, equipped us with a bit of history before arriving, and then, after lunch he gave us a choice for stops before our way home. We were able to see Hill of Slane and St Patrick’s Friary,
Monasterboice Friary (with its round tower and ancient Celtic crosses),
Mellifont Monastery, and drove through the park that is where the Battle of the Boyne took place. It was incredible to see so much and take away even more knowledge because of Michael. Such a great experience!
