点评：We are shocked and disappointed by this tourist attraction. We bought, online, two tickets to visit on Wednesday 8th October. The confirmation email said 10.00am. We duly arrived, to find that there was no visible way into the castle only by the two big security gates. I tried calling them, but no answer. After about 5 minutes a car arrived, and the driver, who obviously could not speak English, told us to get out of his way! I tried explaining the situation but he was not having any of it. Just said, “ not possible”. He had a key to the gates and drove through. Made no attempt to help us whatsoever. In the end we had to leave. I have tried contacting the company at least 4 times with emails and online enquiries. In fact yesterday I got a translation into Spanish of my last email. There has been no response at all. The only thing remaining for me to do is contact my bank and ask them to treat this as some sort of scam. Such a shame as we visited La Mola, the Military museum in Es Castell, and Fort Marlborough with no problems. My advice is do not book through their website, there is clearly a fault with their administration process.
