点评：We are staying in Kalives and visited this local Olive Mill today. We pre booked a tour, and were able to walk there. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, Michalis, and his lovely dog (and her puppies).
Michalis gave us each a bottle of water and we went into his olive grove. He shared lots of information about olive trees and the production of olive oil.
We then went into the processing area to see the machinery he had restored and uses to produce the olive oil.
Michalis was passionate about what he does and made the tour very interesting.
We had the opportunity to taste the olive oil and some other products, including a nice honey Raki.
There is a shop so we didn’t leave empty handed.
This tour was one of the highlights of our holiday and we would recommend it to any visitors.
