Best jungle experience ever!

点评：My girlfriend and I took part in the Hang Ba Deep Jungle Expedition (4 days and 3 nights) with Oxalis. It was an absolutely wonderful experience—by far the most immersive nature adventure we’ve ever had.
The trekking routes can be challenging (especially on the first and fourth day), but the team does an incredible job of making everything as enjoyable as possible.
In our group, there were only three participants, yet we had two guides, a safety assistant, several porters carrying our heavier gear from one campsite to another, and a cook who prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner for us every day (a total of 12 staff members just for us!).
The food was extraordinary. After each day of trekking through the forest, we would arrive at the campsites to find our tents already set up (it’s worth noting that the staff dismantles and reassembles the camps each time to minimize environmental impact), complete with an always spotless portable toilet.
There are no words to describe the kindness of our guide, An, who shared countless insights about jungle life and the history of his village and people, as well as all the laughs we shared with the rest of the team—especially Trung and Hieu (I’m probably spelling their names wrong, but I hope they know I’m talking about them)—and their constant care for the preservation of this beautiful, untouched environment.
We will never forget the lush nature, the nights spent in caves under the stars lulled by the sound of waterfalls, and swimming in underground rivers.
In short, if you have some athletic preparation and can handle the heat and physical effort, I can only recommend this tour—it will stay in your heart forever.
We will definitely be coming back for the 6-day Son Doong Cave expedition, which is very popular and needs to be booked far in advance—it was unfortunately already sold out when we booked our tour.
