Champagne Taittinger的点评
点评：My wife treated me to a trip to Reims for
My birthday and we went to some cave tours and tastings. Taittinger in my opinion was the best. It just oozes class and sophistication.
We had the tour and tastings with some canapés to show what food and champagne can for each other.
I have to confess my favourite is a champagne from another house, or should I say was…. As we had one champagne that everyone on our tour (only 6 of us) thought was superb - me included!!!
What I liked about the tour is that you got to see a lot of caves (although of course they go on for miles and miles) and you saw a lot of champagne being stored. The guide explained things extremely well and was in synch with the groups needs. The way the story of this family run house was delivered was very good and it was very interesting to learn about how much the family puts back into society ( unlike a lot of the corporate houses).
If Taittinger is not your favourite Champagne, then of course go to their house and have a tour & tastings but I would definitely recommend going here as well so you can see the difference.
