点评：We arrived on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025 at 12:30 pm - without a reservation. Asked for a table for 2 - outside - we were told by the "seating hostess" that all the tables outside were "reserved". We sat inside for almost 2 hours - ordered 2 flights, some food - food was good, but the lobster roll was very plain and I had some tomato in the lobster roll - no lettuce - no toasted bun, just lobster on a plain hot dog bun - nothing exceptional. During these 2 hours of sitting inside, there were no more than 4 seating areas occupied outside - there were clearly NO RESERVATIONS outside. There were at least 10-12 empty seating areas that we could have occupied. We went outside to the picnic tables for a little while and then walked thru the inside of the building to exit. Again, there were only about 4 seating areas occupied outside with PLENTY of room to sit outside. I approached the "seating hostess" and indicated my displeasure with being told that the outside was all reserved - so how could there still be so many empty areas to sit outside 2 1/2 hours later??? She told me she "didn't like the way I was speaking to her and wanted to get her manager". I told her not to bother and left. Does RG realize that I am the "paying customer" and clearly the "seating hostess" is poorly trained?? How sad. Will not return. The wine was ok - not great. Sorry - plenty of other places to go that treat their customers much better and the wine is far superior. Don't waste your time or money to get abused.
